Brigadier General Lynn M. Lee

Chief of Staff-Air

Brigadier General Lynn M. Lee serves as the Chief of Staff, Joint Force Headquarters, Pennsylvania Air National Guard. She is responsible for the coordination and direction of JFHQ Air Staff activities in support of over 4,000 Airmen of the PAANG and leads the execution of TAG priorities to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. She oversees strategic initiatives and advises on key policies, programs and plans impacting the PAANG. After receiving undergraduate degrees from Dartmouth College and a graduate degree from the University of Maryland College Park, she entered the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee attached to the Air Staff. In 2003, she transferred to the D.C. Air National Guard to attend Undergraduate Pilot Training. She served as a VIP airlift pilot on the C-38A and C-40C, flying the First Lady of the United States on multiple occasions. She has over 900 combat hours as an RC-26 pilot for U.S. Special Operations Command, having deployed in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM and OPERATION NEW DAWN. She maintained watch on the no-fail Homeland Defense mission as Command Center Director, NORAD & USNORTHCOM, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Prior to this assignment, she served as the Commander, 111th Attack Wing, Horsham, Pennsylvania.
