Education and Career Support provides personalized, one-on-one guidance to help service members and their families to support academic and career success. Our professional counselors help evaluate military training and experience for college credit, explore education and career pathways, build resumes, and navigate military education benefits and other financial assistance options.
What Our Counselors Help With
Our Education and Career Counselors assist Service members and eligible family members with:
- Translating military training and experience into college credits
- Choosing a major and school that aligns with education and career goals
- Building or updating resumes for civilian and federal employment
- Applying for military education benefits, including GI Bill, Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA), Education Assistance Program (EAP), and Military Family Education Program (MFEP)
- Identifying additional financial aid options, such as scholarships, grants, and state education programs
- Creating personalized education and career plans for long-term success
