Student Loan Repayment

Loan Repayment Programs are part of the Selective Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP), The programs assist the Pennsylvania National Guard leadership and personnel managers in meeting the strength and readiness requirements.

SLRP is offered as an enlistment incentive for Non-Prior Service (NPS) Enlistees and Officers (09S), for Prior Service (PS) who have not previously received the Enlisted Loan Repayment Program and as a retention tool for current NG Service members who have eligible student loans.
Chaplain Loan Repayment Program (CLRP) is offered for the purpose of maintaining adequate numbers of qualified chaplains within the NG.
