108th Area Support Medical Co. deploys to Europe

Approximately 80 Soldiers with the 108th Area Support Medical Company, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, stand in formation at their deployment ceremony Feb. 20 in Allentown, Pa. The Soldiers will deploy to Europe, providing medical support for the U.S. and allied rotational forces in the area.

About 120 Soldiers raced in memory of Michael J. Novosel, Sr., a native of Etna, Pennsylvania, who served for over 40 years as an Army aviator and received the Medal of Honor for rescuing 29 Soldiers during the Vietnam War.
